A few months before I was ready to list my property for sale, I received a direct mailing from Angie with a listing of a home in our town. I liked that marketing style. I called and met with Angie and she was very professional. She made great suggestions on issues with the house to make it more saleable.

I listed the house in the early fall of 2006 at the beginning of a downturn in the real estate market. Angie was realistic in her pricing recommendations. She had good comps and was very helpful in determining an appropriate price for the listing. She continuously monitored the sales and new listings in both our town and the greater Portland area. She held several open houses, direct mailings, web listing and advertising in the papers.

Each week, Angie would contact me to update me on inquiries, web hits, comments by potential buyers, etc. She would go out of her way for any issue I had. I had two offers on the same day and Angie was enormously helpful with the counter offers, one through another broker and one with her. Angie agreed with my decision to use the other broker's buyer and we closed on the sale five weeks later.

Angie was terrific with the home inspections and related closing matters. She was an exceptional broker and just a real nice person.

 Angie worked with us for over fifteen months to find the perfect waterfront cottage that we were looking for. During this time we visited probably fifty properties in Oxford, Cumberland and York counties – Angie was knowledgeable, accommodating with our schedule and very, very patient. 
 
When we finally found our “camp” we all knew it was just the perfect spot which had everything we were looking for. Angie took the time to get to know us, and what we were looking for. We still keep in touch three years later. 
 
We have purchased several properties in the past, and if we decide to look for another property in the future, Angie would be the first call we make. She is one of the best realtors that we have met and she is someone we consider a friend.
